Summary: The Technical Product Manager will play a lead role on the mychoice Rewards Loyalty App product team where they will be responsible for ensuring Penn’s mobile loyalty solution is best in class. The successful candidate will bring their proven experience managing mobile app products to establish and promote a vision for the mobile app that delivers upon the strategic business objectives and mychoice brand strategy as defined by stakeholders and marketing product manager. In this capacity, the technical product manager will work closely with their marketing product manager counterpart to ensure the mobile app solution continues to deliver the intended results, maintains high adoption rates and delights the mychoice customer. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive mobile app product management experience to define capabilities and drive the prioritization of a roadmap informed by data supported insights, customer demand, quality and engineering effort. The successful candidate is a collaborative thought partner with proven ability to establish close trusted relationships with team members across organizational, functional and geographic boundaries for the purpose of uniting and tapping into the collective strength of the product team. The selected candidate will be a mobile app visionary who will help shape the future of the mychoice Rewards loyalty app.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to senior management.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle ; Experience in systems design and implementation preferred

A successful candidate must have a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have a proven track record of leading numerous projects simultaneously, establishing effective priorities among competing requirements and meeting deadlines while demonstrating a successful hands-on approach to overseeing all assigned projects. Must possess strong administrative, analytical, time and project management and decision making skills. Experience working directly with customers in understanding business needs required.
