As such, PI is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to help streamline end-to-end marketing campaigns and projects. This role is responsible for the execution of a wide array of data-driven responsibilities, with the goal of increasing customer lifetime value and high levels of player retention. The Lifecycle Marketing Associate will help deliver upon the cohesive end-to-end campaign processes, execution upon core campaign components/documentation/regulatory compliance alignment, campaign communication and distribution across internal/external stakeholders.


The Lifecycle Marketing Associate is a key role that sits within the CRM team as part of the broader Marketing team for our Barstool Sportsbook & Casino vertical. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented. They possess an ability to communicate across teams in a clear and concise manner, while being able to provide and manage deadline-driven information. They are collaborative, possess high levels of interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Help streamline end-to-end internal/external campaign execution processes, ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders from ideation through delivery and fulfillment
  • Facilitate post promotion fulfillment process, including but not limited to crediting, communications, reporting and analysis.
  • Provide planning, delivery and support across core owned activation channels (push, in-app, email)
  • Support, ideate, and deliver upon dynamic promotions/bonuses across real money and free to play (FTP) sportsbook products
  • Through a strategic/data-driven lens, analyze customer data, segments, and user journeys to develop hyper-efficient/personalized campaign content and create targeted lifetime value/customer lifecycle engagement campaigns
  • Contribute to regulatory promotion approval process through development of terms & conditions documentation for all campaigns, and ensure all copy is aligned with state-level regulatory requirements
  • Communicate campaign and marketing project information across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to adjust and optimize campaign performance & delivery processes against core KPIs.
  • Prepare daily priority lists and weekly project status reports.
  • Regularly track and update project statuses.
  • Support development of presentations to management and key marketing stakeholders
  • Be a proactive part of the ideation process, contributing during team meetings & offsite strategy sessions
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, management, business administration, or related field 
  • 1-2 years of experience with project management, marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and push notification technologies
  • Proficient in project management software, with proven experience in developing, maintaining, and delivering upon project timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, project and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable with problem solving on the fly
  • Capability to work cross-functionally, including virtual teams
  • MUST HAVE: Passion for sports AND/OR sports betting
