Penn Interactive (PI) is an interactive gaming company headquartered in Philadelphia. As the digital arm to Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S., ), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S., we are poised for fast-paced growth in the sports betting and online casino space and have partnered with Barstool Sports to launch an online sportsbook.

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Sportsbook vertical on our Product Team. A Group Product Manager, sometimes referred to as Lead Product Manager, is a senior member of the product team who has proven skills as an individual contributor and is now responsible for leading a team of PMs within a particular product vertical.  As Group Product Manager at PI, you will own the strategy and roadmap for the sports betting features within the Barstool Sportsbook and collectively across the PI platform. You will report to the VP of Product and lead and inspire a team of product managers to conceptualize and execute features that are data-driven and informed by user research.

• Drive strategy and lead the development and launch of innovative sports betting features
• Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
• Oversee Product Managers who own the product backlog and work closely with Engineering in an agile environment 
• Provide guidance on prioritization, especially by using data and user feedback
• Act as product evangelist both internally and externally
• Contribute to a long term product vision, roadmap, and goals
• Understand and anticipate customer needs to drive product definition and positioning
• Engage directly and regularly with customers to gain in-depth understanding of current pain points and future feature requests to ensure the product is always improving
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to guide product planning
• Balance the priorities of short-term deliverables with long-term vision
• Work daily with other Group Product Managers to ensure a holistic understanding of our product offering (Casino, Player Account Management, Internal Tools) and to proactively identify cross-sell opportunities 
• Work hand-in-hand with the User Experience team - UI/UX designers, UX writers, & UX researchers - to ensure we are delivering the best experience for our users
• Work closely with Trading & Content, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure full-scale delivery of product features

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading teams that have a proven track record of delivering successful, measurable features
• Ability as a Product leader to craft a compelling vision and gain buy-in from stakeholders across the organization
• ​​Strong problem-solving abilities, you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
• Willingness to push the perceived limits and think big in terms of product scope and roadmap
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in complex, fast-growing, and fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers in an Agile framework
• Experience writing Product Feature Specifications and user stories
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
• An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
• Self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment, and energy who can galvanize the team to follow
• Passion for technology, sports, gaming/casinos, or all of the above 
• A commitment to a no-ego attitude to your work and to your team leadership
• 4 year degree is preferred, but not required
