The Human Resources Business Partner manages and partners with various teams to assist with Employee Relations issues, benefits policies and procedures, performance improvement conversations, and other policy related questions or concerns. The HRBP will work with the head of the HR team to identify process improvements, mitigate risks to the business, and work on key projects to help ensure that all team members are abiding by the code of conduct.
