The Sr. Responsible Gaming Analyst will be responsible for assisting with responsible gaming compliance matters for the real money interactive sportsbook and online casino under any of the Penn National Brands, including but not limited to Barstool Sportsbook and iCasino, MyChoice iCasino (HollywoodCasino.com), MyChoice Social Casino and HollywoodRaces.com. He/she will act as a resource to the Sr. Responsible Gaming Program Manager and Casino and Sportsbook teams and ensure that thedigital business is aligned with RG Compliance’s best practices across Penn National Gaming. The successful candidate will be capable of delivering results with and through colleagues and peers, both cross-functionally and cross-jurisdictionally.
As the business rapidly grows, the Responsible Gaming Analyst will assist with responsible gaming operations and ongoing responsible gaming evaluation.
The position will also play a vital role in key areas such as: Responsible Gaming (RG) training and tracking, RG audits (marketing, player experience, customer database, and website), RG process and procedure reviews and amendments and responsible investigations. This role will have a direct report and will directly oversee, input and maintenance of self-excluded and/or excluded individuals, responsible gaming
investigations, monitoring social media and customer service interactions that pertain to responsible gaming, preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly responsible gaming reports, drafting new state launch
documents for regulatory submission, and analysis of self-exclusion and/or exclusion information to ensure full compliance with state regulations.
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
• Daily review of relevant responsible gaming news articles.
• Produce and distribute a monthly responsible gaming newsletter.
• Responsible for assisting the Responsible Gaming Program Manager and various team members
to draft and review interactive sportsbook and online casino Compulsive Problem Gambling
Plans for each state of operations.
• Organize, administer, and track all responsible gaming training.
• Develop a comprehensive auditing program that proactively identify potential responsible gaming
risks.
• Conduct analyses of operational processes to identify areas to improve efficiency and reporting,
and assist with developing internal policies and operating procedures
• Develop, organize, and implement responsible gaming processes and procedures. Continuously
evaluate and amend based on best practices.
• Oversee self-exclusion maintenance.
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly support of the Responsible Gaming Program Manager in
preparing regulatory reports as needed by Responsible Gaming Program Manager, the
Compliance Team, or regulators.
• Support the Sr. Responsible Gaming Program Manager, and Compliance Department, to monitor
compliance with RG procedures relating to player experience, social media, and VIP.
• Responsible for contents and review of responsible gaming on-site content, such as Patron
Protection / Responsible Gaming Page.
• Assist Sr. Responsible Gaming Program Manager with the tracking, monitoring, and submission
of regulatory incidents.
• Assist with identifying and anticipating issues that may negatively impact business and
develop/implement operations-based solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must qualify meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
