Penn Interactive (PI) is an interactive gaming company headquartered in Philadelphia. As the digital arm to Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S.,), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S., we are poised for fast-paced growth in the sports betting and online casino space and have partnered with Barstool Sports to launch an online sportsbook.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Player Accounts and Compliance product vertical on our expanding Product Team. As a Product Manager you will own features relating to the handling of user accounts and maintaining state-based compliance. You will take responsibility for the successful design, development, and deployment of those features. You will obtain an understanding of the regulatory nature of our product, help define the roadmap by improving upon key metrics, and become an expert on what will invigorate current users and inspire new ones.

• Work with Group Product Manager to create and achieve Key Performance Indicators for the Player Account and Compliance vertical 
• Define detailed product requirements and create Product Feature Specifications 
• Parse regulatory documentation to define product features and user stories 
• Assess and take proactive steps to mitigate any at-risk features 
• Own technically complex features from ideation to completion 
• Work with developers and designers to define, test, and deploy platform features
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors
• Work directly with cross functional business teams to ensure product/regulatory compliance and successful product launches
• Suggest and own product enhancements to improve user experience
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
• Perform quality assessments on the product
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market gaps
• Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
• Research and learn new areas of industry 
• Analyze competition and future of the market

• At least 4 years of product management experience 
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables
• Ability to understand and delve holistically into a product while also being able to break down features and set priorities 
• Experience working with senior stakeholders 
• Experience working with third parties 
• Experience working with and inspiring engineering teams
• Experience working with Compliance Teams
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
• Familiarity with an Agile development process and driving the product roadmap
• Knowledge of Agile tools, like Jira or Trello
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
• Strong ability to translate product needs to technology/engineering and the business 
• Ability to translate product/technical needs questions to compliance
• Ability to concisely summarize complex issues and make clear, compelling recommendations
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities, you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
• You are data-driven and consistently leverage data to make decisions
• Passion for technology, sports, gaming/casinos, or all of the above 
• Four-year college degree preferred, but not required
