General Accountabilities: - Responsible for the daily Audit of Cage, Slots, Table Games, gaming, and non-gaming revenue areas. - Prepares exception reports for instances of non-compliance with operational practices; engages team members and trains them appropriately to mitigate future occurrences. - Investigates and reports to supervisor any discrepancies determined through Audit process. - Prepares journal entries to record daily revenue and/or cashier activity. - Maintains accurate records and files pertaining to daily Audits of areas of responsibility. - Prepares and accumulates information used to prepare the Daily Operating Report. - Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to supervisor. - Conducts Title 31 Audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: - Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Security department. Supports, administers and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. - Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction. - May be responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department by providing recommendations; supports compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager. - Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. - Serves as the Security Manager on duty in the absence of the Security Shift Manager - Enforce internal control policies and procedures including but not limited too; underage gambling and drinking laws - Maintain safety and inspections reports for the property - Conduct regular security post inspections - Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs. - Respond to guests and employees concerns and complaints and solve their problems with professionalism and compassion. - Ensure Security Officers adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with department and company standards. - Interact and cooperate with regulatory, fire/rescue and law enforcement agencies. - Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
General Accountabilities: - Provides protection for the casino, all employees, guests, and company assets. - Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of fills and credits. - Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations; identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel. - Supports and maintains the Margaritaville Resort Casino courtesy guidelines and promotes outstanding guest service. - Assist with disturbances and intoxicated guests as needed. - Always promote safety and confidentiality. - Perform and complete all duties necessary to comply withMargaritaville’s mandated requirements, which include but are not limited to, gaming-related drops, card and dice reconciliation, inspection, cancellation, and destruction, re-issuance of poker cards, and transport of locked chip carriers and documents to and from the Chip Bank. - Through alertness, diligence, specified procedures, and proactive attention to potential danger and security risks, the Security Officer shall protect our guests, our property, and our staff from harm or loss. - Patrol, periodically, buildings and grounds of the facility, as directed; or stand watch, as directed, at an assigned Security post, in order to oversee the comfort, safety, and security of our guests. - Greet all guests and staff in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
General Accountabilities: - Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff, and culinary production team. - Helps guests select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions. - Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. - Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording guest choices and identifying guest special dietary needs and special requests. - Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, drink orders, and being alert to guest spills, and other special needs. - Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to host, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to guest. - Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards. - Deep cleans restaurant equipment (tables, chairs, booths, soda and juice dispensers, coffee machines), as scheduled, or required. - Operates and maintains equipment as requiredin accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
General Accountabilities: - Responsible for responding to work orders of slot machines in a timely and professional manner. - Conducts emergency drops on machines and monitors drop software to ensure how to respond in an efficient and timely manner. - Inspecting and testing assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction. - Maintain maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the slot shop, observing all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisors. - Troubleshoots, replaces, or repairs components (Such as bill acceptors, player tracking displays, card readers, etc.).
- Performs daily cleaning projects as directed by supervisors. - Cleans all floor mats; sweeps and mops all kitchen floors to remove food, debris, and grease; cleans behind and under all equipment. - Maintains hood vent system and ovens. - Cleans and sanitizes all garbage cans. - Maintains adequate inventory of supplies needed to perform job function. - Responsible for proper storage of all equipment (e.g. china, glass, silver, cooking equipment, and utensils). - Ensures the cleanliness of all floors, walls, dishes, pots, etc. - Ensures “Wet Floor” signs and other markers are used. - Ensures kitchen workers have and use the proper equipment necessary for the job (e.g. gloves, goggles, cleaning solutions, etc.). - Ensures that all equipment functions properly; reports malfunctions promptly. - Assists kitchen utility personnel with duties when necessary as directed by supervisor. - Assists other outlets with cleaning projects or restocking supplies. - Assists in training kitchen workers in all aspects of safety. - Trains kitchen personnel on proper cleaning solution usage and safety applications. - Responsible for organization and proper storage of cleaning solutions and supplies. - Maintains the levels and standards of cleanliness and safety set by the company, the Health Department, and OSHA. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
General Accountabilities: - Responsible for physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and employees in all gaming and money handling areas. - Observes and reports all gaming violations and/or thefts of company property. - Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions; monitors slot equipment of SiS System to provide security for company assets and funds. - Maintains video surveillance of the entire casino (e.g., Gaming Floor, Race/Sports Book, Food and Beverage outlets, cashiers, Count Rooms, parking lots, hotel/casino complex, etc.); records any irregular activity as required. - Learns all games in use at the property, and all procedures and cheating indicators of those games; learns and uses various card count systems.
- Responsible for ensuring that all operations and departments are conducted efficiently. - Ensure compliance with Game/Pit Procedures, Internal Controls, Federal and State regulations by all Casino Team Members - Promote outstanding customer and Team Member relations. - Train and evaluate Team Members - Verify progressive table games payouts - In the absence of the General Manager and the Casino Shift Manager he/she will be the designated Managerial Representative on Premises and shall have authority to immediately act on behalf of the General Manager in any matter or concern of the Board or Division. - Responsible for the efficient operation of all slots during the shift. - Issue company complimentaries to preferred guests. - Oversee the maintenance of logs of winnings over $1,200.00, discrepancies and accidents. - Verifies jackpots - Generate purchase orders. - Signs Casino Chip Requests for fills and credits. - Issue Credit to qualified guests. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Must be proficient in all math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fraction
General Accountabilities: - Greet and welcome guests to the establishment with a positive and warm attitude. - Direct traffic in the parking lot as needed, assistguests and welcome them into the establishment. - Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items. - Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests ensuring their proper return. - Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot while following traffic laws. - Operate vehicles safely and responsibility. - Keep paperwork regarding guests’ vehicles and daily transactions.
- Responsible for directing the overall operations and staff of the Table Games/Slots/Sports Betting departments. Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.- Ensure that scheduling is done in an effective and efficient manner, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.- Responsible for preparing, monitoring and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives. Reports budget concerns / deviations to the Executive Management / GM.- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals. - Provides direction to Table Games/Slots/Sports Betting leadership and oversees all Table Game game protection and overall Sports Betting and Slot operations.- Ensures enforcement of games procedures and policies as outlined in company and department manuals and in accordance with Internal Controls. Monitors for compliance.- Manages departmental expenditures and resources.- Answers inquiries pertaining to Slots policies and services, and resolve occupants’ complaints while supporting all customer service programs.- Assigns duties to Table Games/Slots/Poker leadership and creates/approves work schedules for efficient business performance.- Makes final decision on implementation and oversight of overall strategies for the overall engagement, customer service, comp ability, games layout and slot floor mix, revenue growth, and expense management in order to maximize profitability for all areas of responsibility. - Observes and monitors staff performance and plan work processes in order to ensure efficient operations and adherence to Table Games/Slots/Sports Betting policies and procedures.- Recommends and approves changes in status of team members including but not limited to changes from full time to part time, promotions, and transfers.- Responsible for the overall engagement of all team members by addressing and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances. - Protects and preserves assets of the company.- Understands and adheres to all bargaining unit agreements (where applicable).- Responsible for the overall integrity of daily Slot operations. - Participate with the Executive Management Team in developing strategic and tactical operating plans to support property objectives.- Accountable to maximize daily revenue and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control.- Develop and manage departmental expense and capital budgets to support operational objectives.- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management / GM. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.- Responsible for staff development and training programs.- Responsible for rewards and recognition program to maximize employee engagement.- Evaluates team members within department and delivers constructive feedback to employees in regards to performance.- Determines recommendation for staffing (including interviewing and hiring) and scheduling (planning, assigning and directing work) to meet business needs. - Determines work procedures and expedites workflow.- Responsible for employee performance (disciplining, coaching, counseling).
